In consideration for Faerieworlds LLC allowing the above described person to participate in the Faerieworlds 2010, I, the undersigned, hereby waive, discharge, and release any and all rights and claims for injury, loss or damage to myself and my personal property, including theft or vandalism thereof, that may be suffered as a result of said participation in the Faerieworlds 2010. On behalf of the above described business or organization I further authorize the taking and use of photographic images of myself or my business, at Faeriewords 2010 and waive any and all rights to said images or revenue derived from said images.
