Canadian world beat artists Delhi 2 Dublin, a Faerieworlds favorite, will play our main stage in 2013!
Famous for their electric performances, Delhi 2 Dublin, dubbed “the United Nations of rock ‘n’ roll,” are heading to the Faerieworlds 2013 Main Stage in their never-ending mission to “electrify the people, to charge up their energy.” A mold-breaking fusion of sounds from across the world, Delhi 2 Dublin merges global rhythms with pounding club beats.
A mix of Bhangra, Celtic, Dub, Reggae and Electronica with global rhythms and club beats, Dehli 2 Dublin take pride in creating a genre-hopping live experience that inspires “a highly charged multi-cultural dance celebration.” Their no-limits style has taken them all over the world to massive acclaim, constantly evolving and changing in the process, or as the band puts it: “Not being able to fit into any specific genre allows the band to create whatever we like and not be judged for it.
