TICKETS

I canʼt wait to camp at Faerieworlds. What type of ticket do I need?

To camp at Faerieworlds and to enter the camping areas, you must purchase a three day Inner Circle Passport or Outer Grove Passport ticket from the Faerieworlds website, Eventbrite.com or at any Ticket West outlets, local Safeway stores in Eugene, OR.

Does everyone in my group need a ticket?

Each family member or group member must have their own Passport to camp onsite. Passports cannot be shared. Your Passport allows you to get a camping wristband when you check in at Admissions. Wristbands will be checked at the entrance to all camping sites.

I bought a ticket but canʼt make it. Can I give my ticket to a friend?

All tickets are non-refundable, however they are transferable to another person. Please bring the printed receipt, order number or first/last name of purchaser to Admissions when checking in at WILL CALL. Once wristbands are attached to  guests, they cannot be transferred in any way. Attendees with wristbands that have been cut or re-tapped onto guests will not be admitted to the site.

What about children: do they need a ticket too?

Yes. Childrenʼs Camping passes for ages 6 – 12) can be purchased and children 5 and under may camp FREE. All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times in camping areas.

When do I get my camping wristband?

Upon check in, each camper will be given a camp wristband for admission to the public camping area and the festival site. Wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be removed. Bands will be checked at all camping entrances; campers without wristbands will not be admitted to the camping area. REMEMBER: DO NOT REMOVE YOUR WRISTBAND: it cannot be replaced.

 

LOCATION

On site camping! – Epic! How close is it to the festival site?

Inner Circle Camping is located directly adjacent to and on the same field as the festival site. It is an open, grassy field with no shade trees except on the perimeter. The adjacent vending village / food court will be open 24- 7.

Iʼm alter abled: where can I camp?

There will be a section designated to alter able campers directly across from to the festival main entrance. Please notify camping crew upon unloading of special needs.

Iʼm alter abled and I have an RV. Where can I camp?

There will be an area for alter abled RV camping adjacent to the main festival entrance.

I have a special medical condition and need immediate access to my vehicle should I have an emergency. Where can I park?

There will be an area for medical emergency vehicles adjacent to the main festival entrance.

 

Is there any camping areas in the shade or trees?

Yes: Outer Grove Camping is located approximately a 5 minute walk to festival site. It has wooded areas and grassy fields.

I would like to enjoy a quiet camping experience. Is there a place for me?

Yes: Within Outer Grove Camping will be a designated “Quiet Camping Area.”

 

SPACES

How much space do I get to camp?

The Faerieworlds camping team will work with you and your friends or family to provide a comfortable space suitable to your group and tent size. For everyoneʼs comport and safety, we ask that groups and individuals be respectful of other campers and not extend beyond necessary tent space, so that we may best provide ample spaces for the many guests who wish to attend.

Can I choose my camping space?

Camping spaces are assigned by the eventʼs camping coordinator on a first- come / first-serve basis.

Can I reserve a space for my friends or my group?

Spaces cannot be pre-reserved: if you wish to camp next to friends or family, please arrive onsite at the same time and we will be happy to accommodate you. Camping for groups of 5 or more will be placed upon arrival by camping staff based on their group needs.

Any camping rules and regs I need to know about?

Yes: THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ!


Campers agree to abide by all local and county health, fire and safety ordinances and regulations. These are available HERE.

HIGH FIRE DANGER: Faerieworlds takes place at the height of fire season in Oregon. Per order of Lane County Parks and the Forestry Service all fire regulations will be strictly enforced.

NO OPEN FLAME of any kind or cookstoves or grills are allowed in the camping areas. This is by order of Lane County Parks and the Forestry Service and will be strictly enforced.  If weather permits and area for cooking with small propane stoves will be provided within a short distance of camping areas.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the event site except in designated Smoking Areas. This is by order of Lane County Parks and the Forestry Service and will be strictly enforced.

RESPECT OTHER CAMPER’S PRIVACY: Do not enter another guestʼs camping space without permission; It is grounds for dismissal from the event.

NO GLASS will be allowed in the camping site for the safety of all campers, especially children.

NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER HOURS in the campsite; be considerate of your neighbors:

Beer and Alcohol will be available ONLY in the designated Beer Garden in the Festival site.

Faerieworlds strives to be a ZERO IMPACT Event. Please take some time to help clean up your campsite and the event site and help us to LEAVE ONLY FOOTPRINTS.

 

ARRIVAL AND SET UP

What are the camping set up and load out times?

Camping Setup Hours are Friday July 27th from 8am- 2pm. Gates open for the general public at 2pm on Friday July 27th. Load Out: begins by Monday July 30th at 8 AM. All Campers must be off site by 3 PM.

 

OK Iʼm at Faerieworlds: where can I park?

Parking will open for Passport (Camping) holders at 8AM on Friday July 27th.
 If traffic is backed up, please be patient and remain in your car. Be sure you have your e-mail receipt for your Passport camping pass with you and your Parking receipt if you pre-paid for Parking.

There is a $20.00 charge for Parking for three days: it is NOT included with your Passport. The parking area is immediately inside the gate and across the road from the event field, about a 5-10 min walk to the site. Upon arriving, please notify parking crew that you are tent camping or RV camping and if you have any special needs i.e. alter-abled. An RV Parking fee of $30 for the weekend will be charged by the parking team at the gate upon arrival.

Where do I get my Passport and camping wristband?

After parking, all Campers must check in at the main Admissions area. There you will receive your Passport laminate, and camping wristband and be directed to unloading and set-up. NO camping of any kind will be permitted in the parking areas.

I got a lot of stuff. Can I drive my car to my camp site?

No. For everyoneʼs safety, no vehicles are allowed to drive into camping areas. Be prepared to carry in your camping supplies from the parking area to the camping area. We suggest you bring your wagons, luggage with wheels, carts or even baby strollers/joggers…anything with wheels to help move your camping gear to your campsite.

Can I bring my golf cart or ATV?

No. Due to Lane Park regulations and insurance restrictions, no personal transportation vehicles such as ATVʼs, Golf Carts, Motorbikes or Scooters or any motorized personal transportation devices are allowed on the property, except for motorized wheelchairs for disabled attendees.

Can I bring my dog, cat, ferret, owl or pet crow?

No. Guests may not bring animals of any kind into the event site.

I have an assistance animal; what about me?

Qualified assistance animals will be allowed under the ADA rules. Please be sure to have all applicable paperwork and identification for your assistance animal. If you do not have the required paperwork your animal will not be allowed on site.

Thatʼs OK; I can leave my pet in my car.

Do not leave any animal in a vehicle. For the animalʼs health and safety, animal control will be called to rescue any animals left in vehicles. We reserve the right to free the animal if we believe its life and health are in danger.

 

VEHICLES: RVʼs, LARGE RIGS, TRAILERS, AND CAR CAMPERS

I want to camp in my vehicle; Where can I do that?

All RV campers must purchase Passport / Outer Grove camping tickets. Any vehicle or trailer that will be slept in or serve as your home on wheels will be considered an RV. An RV Parking fee of $30 will be charged by the parking team upon arrival.

Where can I park my RV? What about power for my rig?

RV locations will be placed on a first come / first serve basis. There are no RV power hookups available on site.

How far is RV camping from the event site?

The Outer Grove RV Camping Area is approximately a 10 minute walk to festival site.

Iʼm alter abled and I have an RV. Where can I camp?

There will be an area for alter abled RV camping adjacent to the main festival entrance.

I have a medical condition that necessitates that I have immediate access to my emergency medication  or equipment in my vehicle.

There will be an area for medical emergency parking adjacent to the main festival entrance. Please bring documentation of your medical condition with you.

 

CAMPFIRES, FIREWORKS, OPEN FLAME!

Can I have a campfire at my site?

NO. Due to Park Rules, absolutely no open flame, candles, fires, torches, fire spinning or fire dancing by campers is permitted on site. This will be strictly enforced by event security and Lane County Parks.

What about camp stoves?

There will be one approved location to use camp stoves. Please check the site map for this location. Please be patient and share with others in using the space provided.

What about smoking? Where can I do that?

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE EVENT SITE except in designated areas. By order of Lane County Parks and the Fire Rangers, due to high fire danger, smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the paved road outside the camping and main event areas. Please use the smoke disposal units provided in these areas. This will be strictly enforced by Lane Parks and Fire Rangers; violation can result in citation.

What about fireworks? just asking..

NO. Fireworks on this site are very dangerous and strictly prohibited. The Lane County Fire Department will prosecute violators.

What do I do in case of a fire at my site?

55 Gallon water filled drums equipped with shovels and bladder bags will be located throughout the camping areas and event area and are marked on the event map. Please locate the ones nearest you in case of a fire.

What about fire lanes?

For everyone’s safety and security, please observe and follow all No Parking signage and marked fire lanes. These are here for your safety. Any vehicles or camping structures found in marked fire lanes are subject to immediate removal or towing at the owners expense.

 

GENERATORS AND POWER

Can I have a generator at my campsite?

No. Due to exhaust, noise and fire danger, no generators will be allowed in the camping area. Solar panel generators are allowed, as well as onboard generators in the RV area.

Is electricity available in the Inner Circle and Outer Grove Camping areas?

No, power is not available in the camping areas.

 

NO WEAPONS, NO NITROUS OXIDE, NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR PARAPHERNALIA


Can I get high at the festival?


Sorry, Lane County Parks and Eugene police department prohibits the possession or use of all illegal drugs, paraphernalia of any sort and nitrous oxide. These items will be confiscated and violators will be promptly removed from the venue without refund of tickets or camping fees. Any citations or costs affiliated with these items are the sole responsibility of the offender.

I have a medical card: can’t I smoke?

No. Possession of a Medical Marijuana card does NOT give you permission to smoke on site.

FOOD AND DRINK

Will food and drinks be available on site?

Yes, Faerieworlds has an excellent food court containing mostly organic omnivore, vegetarian and vegan cuisine and many of our food vendors will be open at night for our camping guests.

Is there potable water available onsite?

Yes. Guests will have access to potable water to refill containers. Please check the site map for the potable water location.

SAFETY

Any advice on being safe and comfortable at Faerieworlds?

Drink plenty of water! Itʼs easy to get dehydrated in the summer sun. The Festival takes place in an open field so be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen. The event grounds can be uneven so we strongly suggest you wear sturdy shoes or boots.  Carry and use a flashlight at night and bring extra batteries. Wash your hands and use a sanitizer after using the facilities.

What about event security?

Faerieworlds will have bonded roving security throughout the festival and campground areas 24-7. Event Security can be recognized by the bright color SECURITY t-shirts and safety vests. For your added information, comfort and security, we will also have event safety personnel on site, recognized by the bright color SAFETY t-shirts.

Whoʼs watching my stuff in my campsite?

The security of all personal articles in guestʼs campsite are the sole responsibility of our vendors and guests. Faerieworlds LLC, its board members, staff, subcontracts, vendors, or volunteers are not responsible for any loss, stolen,
or damaged property.

Please do NOT to leave any valuables in your camping area. For additional protection, consider deterring un-wanted entry by using a small combination lock (backpack size) on your tent and/or use a motion activated alarm. Camping can be very fun and communal. Watch out for your neighbors. If you notice someone that does not belong in a tent, exhibiting suspicious behavior, or notice a suspicious package, immediately notify Event Security.

SOUND POLICY, DRUM CIRCLES AND EXCESSIVE NOISE

Can we play some music and have a drum circle at our campsite?

Yes. Designated areas in The Inner Circle and Outer Grove will be set up for a DJ Dome and acoustic music area and drum circles. There is no amplified music allowed in general camping or parking areas.

Is there a place to camp thatʼs quiet and peaceful?

Yes. Quiet Camp areas will be designated in the Outer Grove area only. if you want to camp in a quiet area, please be sure to buy an Outer Grove Passport and ask for placement in Quiet Camp at Registration.

WATER AND HYGENE

Where can I get water on site?

Drinking water will be available from water trucks whose central location will be marked on the event map. Please bring reusable water bottles and help us reduce much trash. Please fill up during the day before returning to camp.

What about toilets and showers?

Portable toilets, sanitation stations and sinks will be conveniently located within the camping areas as well as in the event site. For your own health and safety, please be sure to WASH YOUR HANDS AND USE A SANITIZER after using the facilities; DO THIS FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND PROTECTION.

There will be a hot shower station centrally located on site. Use of the showers is $5 per person. Please check the event map for location. Showers will be open for use from 12 midnight to 11 am. Hot water is limited, so plan accordingly and be kind to your neighbors by showering quickly!

12. MEDICAL AND SAFETY

Where can I get medical attention if I need it?

Faerieworlds will have a First Aid Tent near the event site entrance staffed by a professional medical team including EMTs, paramedics and registered nurses who are experienced in festival medical care operating 24 hours a day from Friday 8AM through Monday at 12 noon. Please locate the First Aid booth via the onsite maps upon your arrival.

Anything I should watch out for on the event site?

The event site is an open field whose surface can be uneven in areas and may contain holes and prickly plants. For your safety and comfort we recommend adults and especially children wear sturdy shoes at all times.

There is poison oak in the surrounding woods and along the roads and paths to the site. Please use extreme caution when walking in these areas. If you contract poison oak i.e. you have an itchy skin rash, please go to the First Aid tent immediately for treatment.

I lost something valuable; where can I go to report it and see if anyone found it?
Lost and Found will be at the Main Merchandise Booth next to main stage.

DEPARTURE_

I had a great time at Faerieworlds but its time to leave: when do I have to be out of my camp site? All guests required to leave by 3 PM on Monday, July 30th. There are NO exceptions.
