FAERIEWORLDS NOW 3 DAYS AND MUSIC UNTIL MIDNIGHT!
Responding to popular demand, we are happy to expand the Faerieworlds experience to three days. This gives us another night of amazing music and performance – now until midnight! Check out 2008 band line up: this is going the be the best Faerieworlds for music yet!  And with every event we strive to ramp up the Faerieworlds experience and 2008 is no different with more vendors, storytellers & performers and truly spectacular light shows: all new this year.

ESTAMPIE & QNTAL : WEST COAST PREMIERE!
The internationally acclaimed German Medieval and Darkwave bands Estampie and Qntal will perform on the West Coast for the first time at Faerieworlds. Both bands headlined the Good Faeries and Bad Faeries Masquerade Balls at FaerieCon last October and delivered stunning, show-stopping performances. The extraordinary power, beauty and majesty of these bands must be experienced! Join us under the stars for what is sure to be transforming, once in a lifetime event!

Acclaimed faerie artist Jessica Galbreth returns to Faerieworlds this year as our Artist Guest of Honor. Be sure to bring your favorite Jessica book or print and get a personal autograph! We are confirming other guest writers and artists now. Watch this space for the latest announcements.

ZILLA TO BRING SCI SUMMER MAGIC TO FAERIEWORLDS!
Fans of String Cheese Incident and Jamie Janover's jamming hammered dulcimer playing will be delighted to know that Zilla will make their Faerieworlds premiere this summer at Bad Faeries night on Saturday August 2nd!

CHRIS MURDOCH TO APPEAR AT FAERIEWORLDS! One of Faerieworlds highlights will be a special performance by contact juggler Chris Murdoch, who delivered a show-stopping performance at the Masquerade Balls at FaerieCon in Philadelphia. A true master of his art, Murdoch performs with luminous crystal balls like David Bowie's Goblin King Labyrinth, in a mesmerizing display of skill and poetic motion. Performing to the live music of Qntal and Woodland, his performances at Good Faeries and Bad Faeries night are sure to entrance and astound! WEST COAST PREMIERE OF NEW GOOD FAERIES & BAD FAERIES LIGHTSHOW'S AT FAERIEWORLDS New lightshows by Brian and Toby Froud premiered this fall in Philadelphia this fall at the Good and Bad Faerie masquerades.
