2022 Venue Ground Rules


The Cuthbert Amphitheater is a beautiful concert venue that offers everyone an opportunity to enjoy live music outdoors during spectacular Oregon summers. Located in Eugene, Oregon at the edge of Alton Baker Park near the University of Oregon’s Autzen Stadium, The Cuthbert features superb sound, beer gardens, food booths and an environment perfect for enjoying superb music performed live by the best touring bands in the country.


In accordance with the state’s removal of the mask mandate, The Cuthbert Amphitheater will lift the masking requirement and will no longer require proof of Covid vaccination or negative test.

Patrons are welcome and encouraged to continue wearing masks. We will continue to have complimentary masks available for patrons at the front entrance.

These policies are subject to change with little notice, as directed by local and state public health authorities. Updates on show specific requirements will be sent to customers via the email address associated with their TicketsWest account. To purchase tickets with no additional fees, you may visit the venue box office, on site at the Cuthbert. The Cuthbert box office is ONLY open on event nights, beginning one hour before the gates open.

The Cuthbert highly recommends researching ticket prices AND availability through TicketsWest BEFORE purchasing tickets through third-party or ticket re-seller sites. The only way to completely ensure you are purchasing valid tickets is to do it through one of the means listed above.

Ground Rules

  • Re-Entry Now Allowed!
  • All events held rain or shine
  • All sales are final
  • Guests 2 years and younger are welcome free of charge in all site areas
  • Guests 10 and under are welcome free in the lawn/General Admission area.
  • Smoking and e-cigarette use in the designated area only (southwest end of the concourse)
  • No outside food or beverages – empty plastic water containers ok, water fill stations inside

Clear bags only– no larger than 14” x 18” x 6”

  • Camera policies are determined on a show-by-show basis based on the artist’s request. If you are unsure of the policy for a show and don’t have a place to stow your camera while you’re inside the venue, please leave cameras at home.
  • All carry in items subject to inspection
  • Blankets and beach towels allowed, beach towel size.

The following are not permitted in the venue:

  • Drugs (no marijuana in any form)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pets
  • Fireworks or sparklers
  • Umbrellas
  • Bags and backpacks
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Glass or cans
  • Coolers, of any size
  • Musical Instruments
  • Strollers or playpens
  • Beach balls, frisbees, poi (twirling), hula hoops, etc.
  • Skateboards or in-line skates
  • Video or other recording devices
  • Tripods or selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers
  • Masks – Will be allowed for Faerieworlds!
  • Please check specific event info for additional items prohibited from certain shows

There are two types of shows at the Cuthbert: Reserved Seated and All General Admission.

For All General Admission shows, the entire grassy area as well as the permanent seats in front of the stage will be first-come-first-seated. Rules on chair heights and blanket sizes still apply on the grass.

For Reserved Seated shows, two types of tickets will be sold: VIP reserved tickets for the permanent seats with backs in front of the stage, and General Admission tickets for the lawn.
